HOME REMEDY FOR INDIGESTION, DIZZINESS, HEADACHE, VOMITING கொத்தமல்லி கஷாயம்/ धनिया जोशांदा/ മല്ലി തിളപ്പിച്ചും
With busy life full of stress, anxiety, unhealthy and improper timings of meals,, many of us experience headaches, dizziness, flatulence, etc which could be the signs of subtle form of bile stasis in our body. As ancestors say ‘VAADHA, PITHA, KABHA’ , these symptoms arise out of excess ‘pitha’ .Here is a recipe which brings it to balance faster and feel good instantly.
INGREDIENTS:
Ginger – ½ to 1 inch
Dry Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Water – 150ml
Jaggery – 2 tsp/ as per your taste
COOKING TIME: 10 min
SERVINGS : 1
METHOD:
1) Add ginger, coriander and cumin seeds to the water and boil till the water reduces into half (75ml)
2) Switch off the flame and add jaggery.
3) Mix well and drink

NOTE:
- Those who have gastric ulcers, shall use small amounts of ginger (1/2 inch) or add more jaggery while drinking to avoid hotness of ginger.
- This is a concentrated drink as mentioned and hence any dilution/ more than 75ml will lose its purpose.
- Drink twice a day for 2 days whenever needed.
- Taken preferably in empty stomach will give its maximum benefit. It will give instant appetite and have your meals half an hour after this drink. 😊
