POTATO GREEN SOUP
I found this recipe in tv and tried at home. It was so tasty and so sharing it here.
CAN A POTATO SOUP BE A CALORIE BURNER ? YES
This recipe has corn and potato which gives you instant
energy boost. It also has honey and lime which is why it
can burn your fat. Thus it is best soup to drink in the morning
especially after exercise .

Servings : 2
Ingredients:
Potato boiled - 1
Sweet corn - 2 tbs (if you want to use normal corn, boil it)
Garlic - 3 to 4
cloves finely chopped
Oil - ½ tsp
Spinach – finely chopped
Salt- as required
Water – as required
Honey – 1 or 2 tsp as per your taste
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Pepper powder (optional)
Method
- .. Heat a pan and add ½ tsp oil. Do not add oil too much or it will spoil the purpose of soup
- Add finely chopped garlic and sauté.
- Now add boiled and sliced potato cubes, corn and spinach. Sauté for a minute.
- Add required amount of water and salt. Boil for 3-5 mins or till spinach is cooked (if you use already cooked spinach, add it at the end).
- Switch off the heat. Add honey and lime juice
- Add pepper powder if u wish
- Serve it with chopped coriander on top.
