MINT & GINGER HERBAL TEA


It is a refreshing, stress relieving and healthy drink.
Mint – a stress buster, reduces excess male hormones in woman (eg. PCOS)
Ginger- anti-diabetic, great appetizer
Honey and lemon – help you burn your fat and energise your body
You can add basil leaves too along with mint.

INGREDIENTS:-

Water – 1 ½ cup
Lemon juice – ½ tsp
Honey or jaggery – as per your taste
Mint – 6 to 8 leaves
Ginger – 1 inch

Method:-
  1. Pour water into a pan
  1. Add mint, ginger and boil it for 4-5 mins till the bubbles and aroma comes out.
  1. Switch off the stove and filter it.
  1. Add lemon juice and jaggery/honey and drink once it reaches to drinking temperature.
